What is the founding story and mission of Lighthouse for BCBAs?
Lighthouse was founded by two former special education providers with over 36 years of combined experience who understood the frustrations of the job. They created Lighthouse to provide BCBA providers with what they truly want: full caseloads, strong support from well-trained BCBA providers, close collaboration, fulfilling work, specially designed reporting software, local work opportunities, assistance with BCBA certification, internship hours, and competitive pay commensurate with experience and certification, ensuring maximum impact with carefully selected cases.
